Physical Products (e.g., prints, art kits, or home décor)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unused and in the same condition as you received them.
- In the original packaging, with tags or labels intact (if applicable).

Non-returnable items include:

- Custom illustrations or personalized designs.
- Digital downloads (e.g., patterns, printable artwork).

If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us at with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital Downloads

Due to the instant nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable patterns or artwork), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. However, if you encounter an issue such as:

- Receiving the wrong file.
- Problems accessing your digital product.

  Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. Custom illustration or made-to-order products may take up to 7 business days to be prepared.

A: Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of custom illustrations and designs, we cannot accept returns or refunds on custom orders. However, if there is an issue with the final product, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
